Welcome new workers | GZTECH new employees training successfully concluded

In recent years, GZTECH has developed steadily and continued to grow, and its work team continue expanding. In order to help new employees better integrate into the company culture, understand the company's system and improve their personal abilities, we organized a comprehensive and in-depth new employee training activity on August 14, more than 70 new employees participating in the training.

At the beginning of the training, Huang Zhihua, general manager of GZTECH, delivered a speech and emphasized the importance of a sense of purpose and direction in personal development, stressed that they are the driving force of personal growth, and further expounded on the value of teamwork.

At the same time, two requirements were put forward for new employees: active communication and cultivating structured thinking. New employees are encouraged to communicate courageously, be concise, direct and efficient, and have the courage to face problems, reflect and adjust in time to ensure effective communication and problem solving. In terms of structured thinking, it is required to do: "Once it is specific, it is profound; complete first and then perfect; no data, no guessing; full closed loop, diligent follow-up"

Afterwards, the company launched a series of training in six modules from an all-round perspective, including "Company Introduction","Laser Safety Knowledge", "Office 6S Management", "Business Etiquette", etc to help new employees integrate into GZTECH family more quickly, deeply understand the company's operating mechanism, familiarize themselves with daily work processes, and master the necessary professional qualities and safety knowledge, and enhance their sense of identity and belonging to the team.

Through this training, new employees had a more comprehensive understanding of the company, which laid a solid foundation for quickly integrating into the position and carrying out work. In the later stage, new members will also receive a one-month on-the-job guidance training to further improve their professional skills.
